Spatial Analysis of Bryophytes

The project was initially intended to investigate the spatial distribution of centres of endemism and species richness in Australian bryophytes (mosses, liverworts and hornworts). It is now likely to be focussed primarily on Australian liverworts and include the use of phylogenetic tree to explore an 'evolutionary story' in their distribution. We will be using the program Biodiverse to measure phylogenetic endemism and diversity, and species richness.
